1- Project Initiation & Planning
· Ensure all contracts are fully understood, implemented, and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
· Participate in or create the Project Charter for each project, establishing scope, objectives, stakeholders, and deliverables.
· Determine project stakeholders and analyze their power, influence, and level of interest. Develop strategies for communication and engagement.
· Develop the project organization chart, ensuring it aligns with operational requirements, and seek approval from the Operations Director and HR.
· Develop comprehensive project management plans covering scope, cost, schedule, communications, and other critical areas for each project.
2- Project Execution & Resource Management
· Lead and motivate project teams, driving them toward achieving the defined project goals and ensuring timely delivery.
· Define, optimize, and allocate resources effectively across all 4 projects. Assign tasks, manage workloads, and ensure the efficient use of resources.
· Secure the execution of tasks subcontracted to internal or external teams, particularly for civil, electrical, and mechanical site activities.
3- Monitoring & Control
· Continuously monitor and control project progress against baseline plans, ensuring milestones are met and adjusting priorities as necessary.
· Ensure that all projects adhere to quality standards, contractual obligations, and comply with legal regulations and industry standards.
· Reaching agreement on cost targets with the project purchasing team and ensuring that budgets are adhered to. Proactively manage changes to ensure cost-efficiency.
· Allocate tasks and manage priorities across the projects to ensure that the work is completed within the required quality and timeframes.
4- Project Reporting & Communication
· Prepare and present regular updates to both the client and the Operations Director. This includes weekly project status reports, monthly reports to the client, and status meetings.
· Lead regular project status meetings to review progress, identify potential issues, and ensure all stakeholders are informed.
· Manage and control changes to project scope, ensuring that all changes are submitted to the Change Control Board (CCB) for review and approval before implementation.
5- Project Closure & Handover
· Oversee the completion of each project, ensuring all deliverables are met and that any final actions necessary for project transfer to the client are executed efficiently.
