- Achieving production plans according to monthly production plan received from planning department.
- Achieving and improving product quality requirements in accordance with the product standard
- Improving production processes by raising productivity, reducing waste, reducing breakdowns and downtimes, to achieve the target overall efficiency of OEE.
- Implement SMED, 5S and Lean six manufacturing Techniques.
- Assist management to resolve production problems by providing production reports including actual working hours, number of accepted quantities also with a record of hours consumed in rework and downtime.
- Responsible for product quality and activating the built-in quality system.
- Make sure work is done according to safety standards
- Follow up on the key performance indicators for production lines.
BSc degree in (Mechanical - Production Major - Industrial engineering) from a reputable university.Ability to implement( SMED, OEE, 5S Techniques )Leadership skills ,Problem-solving skillsVery good communication skillsV. Good in M.S Office and Google Sheets.Certified in Lean manufacturing is an extra.Fluency in English is a must.
