Export Sales Representative

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients (mainly Africa and the Middle East).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target export markets.
  • Manage the full sales process — from lead generation and proposal to delivery and payment.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, prepare clear and structured offers, and ensure high responsiveness.
  • Coordinate daily with logistics, production, and finance to ensure seamless execution with no delays.
  • Monitor market movements, customer trends, and competitors to support smart pricing and positioning.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and convert raw data into actionable insights and reports.
  • Contribute to strategic market plans and assist in quarterly business reviews with analytical input.
  • Ensure correct application of Incoterms, shipping arrangements, and export documentation.
  • Maintain clean records, follow-up reports, and sales pipelines in a structured, professional manner.

3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, export, trade, or market research.Strong commercial mindset and analytical thinking.Experience working with Incoterms, international shipping, and trade documents.High attention to detail, especially in offers, reports, and communication.Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint — SAP or BI tools are a plus.Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and ready to take responsibility in a high-performance team.
