- Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- Handle customer inquiries and issues professionally
- Share customer feedback with the team
- Offer exceptional, personalized service to VIP clients

- Provide support to our valued customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns effective
- Skillfully handle customer issues
- Proactively gather customers feedback and communicate updates
- Offer personalized attention and support to VIP customers, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations
:Qualifications
- Fluent in English, with outstanding speaking and writing proficiency. (B1/C1)
- Preferred: Previous experience in the Customer Service field
