Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the company’s commercial growth strategy in local and regional markets.
* Lead sales and marketing teams and plan expansion strategies.
Analyze markets to identify new business opportunities and increase market share.
* Oversee product pricing and manage commercial proposals.
* Manage key client relationships and negotiate contracts.
* Submit regular performance and KPI reports to management.
* Represent the company in major industry exhibitions (e.g., Sahara Expo, AgriPlaza, AgriExpo).
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in agriculture, eco-products, or industrial sectors.
* Proven track record in sales growth and team leadership.
* Strong analytical and marketing skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and financial reporting.
* Preferably has a strong network in the agricultural market or among large-scale distributors/farmers.
