Assist in improving production efficiency and reducing waste.
Identify bottlenecks and suggest practical solutions.
Coordinate with the quality team to ensure fabric quality meets required standards.
Report any defects or deviations from specifications.
Maintain daily production reports and machine log sheets.
Report equipment issues or production delays to the supervisor.
Follow all health and safety procedures within the plant.
Ensure compliance with company policies and textile regulations.
Work closely with maintenance, planning, and warehouse departments.
Communicate effectively with machine operators and team leaders.
Attend technical training and learn about new production technologies.
Support senior engineers and managers in technical tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.0–3 years of experience in a textile manufacturing environment (graduates are welcome).Familiarity with textile machinery and processes (weaving, dyeing, finishing, etc.).
