  • Lead and oversee daily tasks of team members to ensure efficient and compliant execution of all administrative and facilities operations.
  • Supervise routine administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, reports, communications, office supplies, catering, and purchase requests.
  • Oversee daily facilities operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and projects, ensuring proper execution within approved budgets.
  • Plan and optimize space usage for new or existing buildings. Manage refurbishments, renovations, office relocations and ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
  • Coordinate and supervise company events, social activities, and sports programs. Manage employee accommodations and handle monthly distribution of employee benefits like free samples, including coordination with other business units.
  • Direct key support services such as reception, mail, archiving, mobile communications, and business travel processes, ensuring alignment with company policies.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Accounting or related field.3–5 years of proven experience in administrative operations and facility management, preferably in a corporate or industrial environment.Experience supervising teams and coordinating multiple services or vendors.
