Job Purpose
Provide optimum and cost-effective solutions for the Enterprise customers. Building and certifying
B2B solutions for Enterprise offering. Initiate new solutions based on Etisalat capabilities to
enhance Etisalat customers experience and increase Etisalat B2B business opportunities.
Report To Position Name
- Handling connectivity and B2B Solutions Architect and offering
- Provide technical consultancy and support for Etisalat pre-Sales/sales force at customers meetings to discuss, capture and define customer requirements.
- Creating customized and cost-effective solutions for the customers.
- Ensure that proposed solutions includes optimum technical solutions that accurately address customer needs.
- Position our B2B services against the competition.
- Write technical requirement specifications and translate these accurately to the Sales, delivery and bid management.
- Construct and deliver training that ensures that the Sales teams understand Etisalat B2B products and solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities for customer experience improvement based on customer and business feedback
- Working with vendors for new solutions and latest technology
