- Studying projects’ tender drawings, specifications and related documents.
- Prepare tender technical and financial proposal documents
- Negotiate the prices, payment terms and delivery conditions with the suppliers.
- Issuing the purchase orders of materials and equipment.
- Attend meetings, trade shows, conferences, conventions and seminars for further linkage with people involved in the procurement process (Consultants, Contractors, suppliers, etc.
- Understand client requirements and identify the need for our product portfolio.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Follow up all enquirers, negotiating contracts and preparing proposals.
- Conduct Site Survey.
- Complete sales cycle monitoring from lead to close.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical) or a related field.Must have experience in sheet metal works.From 3-5 previous experience.Good Command of English.Excellent knowledge of MS Office.Ability to work individually or as in team member.Ability to build excellent relation with other quickly.Communication skills.Problem solving skills.
