HR Section Head

  • Lead the HR operations for assigned departments or functions, ensuring alignment with company strategy and labor regulations.
  • Supervise HR team members and oversee day-to-day activities related to recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Partner with department managers to support workforce planning, training, and talent development.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and disciplinary procedures.
  • Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement) and propose improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law, social insurance, and company policies.
  • Oversee documentation and employee recordkeeping in alignment with audit standards.
  • Implement and manage the performance appraisal cycle and recommend training plans.
  • Utilize SAP HR modules for accurate data entry, reporting, and HR operations.
  • Support the HR Manager in organizational development and internal communication strategies.
  • Lead or participate in HR projects and process improvements initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR diploma or certification is a plus).Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.Hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors is strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance regulations.Proficient SAP HR user is a must.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.High integrity, confidentiality, and ability to handle sensitive mattersExcellent command of English, both written and spoken
