• Conduct analytical testing of finished goods to ensure they meet quality specifications and regulatory requirements (e.g., physical, chemical, microbiological tests).
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of testing results, including test methods, observations, and conclusions.
• Perform routine inspections of production processes to ensure that raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products adhere to quality standards.
• Evaluate the stability and shelf life of finished products, performing stability studies as required.
• Review and interpret analytical data to identify trends, deviations, or out-of-spec results, and take corrective action when necessary.
• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to investigate and resolve any quality issues with finished products.
• Support the development and validation of analytical methods and testing procedures for new products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and industry guidelines
• Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits, including internal and external quality inspections.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality, testing methods, and lab procedures.
