- Plan and manage logistics operations for raw materials and finished packaging products.
- Responsible for arranging all the shipments related to export/import.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders to manage import procedures and customs clearance.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation for all shipments (invoices, customs paperwork).
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian customs, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support production by ensuring timely delivery of raw materials to the production floor.
- Coordinate with the sales team to meet customer delivery deadlines and resolve logistics-related issues.
- Create updated documentation for (invoices, and bills of lading and Financial Claims) in Ports.
- Issue ACID from Nafeza
Solid understanding of logistics operations within a manufacturing environment.Good knowledge of Egyptian import regulations and basic customs clearance procedures.Familiar with Egypt's customs platforms NAFEZA .Experience using ERP/logistics systems such as Oracle.Strong communication and negotiation abilities across departments and with external partners.Very good command of the English language (spoken and written).
