• Manage the entire import process, from initial purchase orders to customs clearance and delivery to our warehouses.
• Manage customs process through NAFEZA system.
• Ensure compliance with all import regulations and documentation requirements.
• Manage closely with customs brokers to expedite customs clearance and minimize delays.
• Track and monitor import shipments in real time.
• Manage import duties, taxes, and other associated fees.
• Review full set of shipping and customs clearance documents and confirm it to suppliers.
• Ensure proper customs clearance of all import shipment.
• Review logistics invoice/claims and submit them to accounting on time.
• Follow up transportation from port to plant.
• Review and confirm all importing documents (invoices, packing list, COO, , BL….)
• Able to create ACID for import shipments.
• Career Level: section head / supervisor / senior specialist • Education Level: Bachelor's Degree.• Previous experience in Manufacturing. • Previous experience in import. • Good in English language.
