- Monitor and enforce quality assurance procedures across all production stages (spinning, weaving/knitting, dyeing, finishing).
- Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and final products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Prepare and update quality documentation, including test reports, inspection records, and audit results.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and work with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support internal and external audits, including ISO, customer audits, and compliance inspections.
- Calibrate and maintain quality testing equipment in coordination with the lab team.
- Train production staff on quality standards and defect prevention methods.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for QA-related processes.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and maintenance departments to support product development and process improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the textile or garment industry.Strong knowledge of textile processes, quality standards (ISO 9001, OEKO-TEX, etc.), and testing methods.Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with quality tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis).Good command of Microsoft Office and quality reporting software.Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
