  • follow up on company lines and ensure smooth communication service
  • handle bill payments for company services (internet, phone lines ,utilities, etc..)
  • greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
  • Hands on experience with MS Office
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • manage filing system , both electronic and paper-based 
  • order and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • High School degree; additional qualification as a personal assistant or secretary will be a plus
