- Manage all phases of the project, from planning and design through execution and final delivery.
- Prepare feasibility studies, detailed project schedules, cost estimates, and monitor project progress against plan.
- Coordinate with technical teams (civil engineers, architects, consultants), contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Liaise with government agencies to secure necessary permits and regulatory approvals.
- Monitor project costs and provide regular reports to senior management regarding financial and timeline performance.
- Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure favorable terms and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and local building codes.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Supervise the handover process to clients or stakeholders, ensuring all project documentation and deliverables are complete.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certifications such as PMP is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing real estate development projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use). 7+ years is preferred for large-scale developments.Strong skills in project scheduling, budgeting, and financial analysis, including feasibility studies.Proficiency in project management software (Primavera and Microsoft Office Suite).Excellent negotiation and multi-tasking abilities, capable of working under tight deadlines.Effective leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders.Solid understanding of regulatory laws, local codes, safety standards, and construction procedures.Willingness to travel between project sites as needed.
