• Handle day-to-day operations and ensure SOP implementation.
• Follow up and control daily productions and ensure a proper start-up and shutdown.
• Review technical requirements for actual manufacturing operations.
• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Prepare and present reports on production performance and improvement initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of production workers, supervisors and technicians.
• Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering • From 4 to 6 years of previous experience in the manufacturing field.• Very Good communication, Analytical & Problem Solving Skills• Attention To Detail• Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.• Proficiency in AutoCAD for production layout and design• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
