- Maintain and update accurate employee records in HRIS and physical files
- Facilitate onboarding/offboarding: contracts, system setup, coordination between departments
- Process and track attendance, leaves, overtime, and absence
- Handle status changes: promotions, transfers, resignations, terminations
- Interact with labor, social insurance, and medical insurance agencies to ensure compliance
- Administer benefits enrollment and handle related queries
- Respond to employee inquiries about policies, payroll, and benefits confidentially
- Prepare regular HR reports (leave, attendance, contract status) for management review
1–2 years of experience in HR, personnel administration, or generalist rolesBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar fieldStrong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and related proceduresProficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Familiarity with attendance/fingerprint systems is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and EnglishHighly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy in handling confidential data
