Sales Supervisor - Mansoura

  • Supervise and support a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement area sales plans in alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and ensure effective coverage of assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and distributors.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in all outlets.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and report insights to management.
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure effective execution and team performance.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluation for sales team members.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing, and promotional guidelines.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, targets, and forecasts.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.Good knowledge of the local market and distribution channels.Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the area.
