Inscription Development is seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior Property Consultant to join our high-performing sales team. As a key player in our real estate division, you’ll help clients find their ideal residential or commercial units, guide them through the purchase process, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Present and promote property units to potential buyers via meetings, virtual tours, and exhibitions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Provide clients with detailed insights on unit specs, pricing, payment plans, and financing options.
- Stay up to date with real estate market trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and campaigns.
- Ensure accurate sales documentation and follow all legal protocols.
- Maintain client data and interactions via CRM systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in real estate sales or property consulting.Strong knowledge of sales processes and real estate market dynamics.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to dynamic environments.Good command of English.
