Support and Strategy Implementation Assist implement instalment financing strategies to meet company goals Contribute to short-term and long-term plans to grow instalment usage and revenues Support the development of new financing solutions with partners Manage Instalment Offerings Manage relationships with partners to ensure alignment with business goals. Oversee instalment options across online and offline platforms for easy customer access Align with BO to ensure instalment plans are competitive and attractive to customers Collaboration and Coordination\: Work with different teams to enhance financing solutions and ensure smooth implementation Coordinate with Stakeholders to launch and promote instalment programs Help increase customer awareness and usage of financing options Performance Monitoring, Optimization and Automation Track the performance of instalment programs and report on key metrics Identify areas for improvement to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction Ensure financing options work smoothly across digital and offline platforms
