- Monitor and analyze production performance metrics to identify and resolve issues related to efficiency, downtime, and quality.
- Design, implement, and optimize production processes and layouts to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to troubleshoot equipment and product issues.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Support new product introductions and process changes, including training production staff.
- Utilize lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement tools to drive operational excellence.
- Maintain accurate documentation of process changes, improvements, and production data.
- Assist in capacity planning, production scheduling, and inventory control as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.3-5 years of experience
