Customer Support Agent – Mobile Applications

We’re hiring a Customer Support Agent – Mobile Applications to help users get the most out of our applications. You'll be responsible for answering questions, solving issues, and delivering a smooth and friendly experience across all communication channels. If you love helping people, know your way around tech, and communicate clearly, we’d love to hear from you

Responsibilities:
Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues via social media, email, or other communication channels.
Log and escalate technical issues when needed.
Collaborate with the development team to improve app performance.
Assist in creating help materials and standard response templates
