Job Summary:
We are looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team in delivering exceptional design and branding across all platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an inspiring leader, and a hands-on designer who can guide creative projects from concept to execution. You will oversee branding, campaigns, design systems, and visual storytelling to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative strategies that align with company goals and brand identity.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creatives.
- Oversee all design and creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring high standards and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive teams to deliver integrated campaigns and creative solutions.
- Review and approve all creative assets and content before publication or launch.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate fresh, innovative ideas into the creative process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a senior creative role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across digital, print, branding, and campaigns.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with motion graphics or web tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience in video production, animation, or multimedia.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
