- Follow up the implementation of periodic maintenance work according to for Engineering Utilities machines (Air conditioning AHUs, boilers, fire pumps, water treatment station, cooling towers and water pumps for cooling towers and Chillers).
- Follow-up to the operation of utilities machines to make sure they are in normal condition according to the daily schedule.
- To deal with sudden faults machines and to find alternatives and appropriate solutions according to each case.
- Manufacture the necessary private facilities machines parts both internal and external for workshop.
- Performing the rules of GMP during the implementation of maintenance work.
- Internal training for maintenance technicians and supervisors on ways to perform maintenance depending of SOP’s.
- Preparation of technical reports with respect to the previous items according to business requirements.
- Preparation of studies and requests for special purchase machines engineering facilities.
- The provision and implementation of requests for spare parts and work minimum balance and follow-up spare parts store credit.
- Commitment health & safety rules and environmental requirements.
Bachelor Degree of Engineering .Experience required from 10:15 years in Utilities role, including 4 : 5 years in the required position.Pharmaceutical Industry Experience is a must .Professional Leadership &Problem Solving skills .6th October City resident and nearby are preferred .Master Degree is a plus .
