3. Collaboration & Coordination:
• Work closely with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
4. Process Optimization & Reporting:
• Analyze key supply chain metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Use supply chain tools and software (ERP) for planning and reporting.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, demand-supply gaps
5. Problem Solving:
• Identify supply chain risks such as disruptions, shortages, or delays and develop contingency plans.
• Address bottlenecks in supply chain operations and propose innovative solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.• 7-10 years of experience in supply chain planning.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with tight deadlines.
