Job Purpose
To develop and formulate the Commercial Strategy & annual key focus areas, while overseeing the planning & execution of the strategies that align with Etisalat business objectives enabling profitable growth

Manage the strategic framework & planning process necessary for setting the Commercial strategy & ensure sync with Corp
Develop Market sizing & PEST analysis to determine potential revenue streams
Ensure Integration of the Strategy formulation with Commercial Business & strategic plan achievement
Managing the commercial Strategy related project streams with Corp strategy & key stakeholders across the organization
Periodical review of commercial Strategy & KPIs while providing necessary recommendations for meeting strategy
Drafting Executive Committee & Board – Commercial performance analysis documents; highlighting Etisalat Commercial & operational KPIs (e.g. Board & EC presentation, Quarter & Annual Performance reports)
Streamline Etisalat Group activities within Commercial & handling required Op-co planning, execution & drafting required presentations for Group Management
Development of the commercial projects launch calendar and ensure adherence to the set yearly strategy – Strategic focus areas alignment
Provide recommendations for setting priorities of project implementations based on revenue generation & strategic importance
Review calendar progress & projects launches vs. set plan & strategy
End-to-End benchmarking against similar economies & providing best practices and international experiences of leading operators
Provide new and fresh business opportunities that can support the business to meet its strategic objectives with supporting data
Commercial interface for all project launches with NTRA ensuring the Time-to-market & required approvals are attained
Manage Key commercial NTRA related conflicts & activities
