• Develop and implement strategic plans for the maintenance and improvement of facilities.
• Manage day-to-day operations of buildings and grounds including electrical, plumbing, etc.
• Oversee the maintenance schedules, repairs, and efficient operation of forklifts, air compressors, and humidification stations. .
• Supervise and evaluate facilities staff and third-party contractors/vendors.
• Manage budgets for maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
• Oversee facility inspections and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
• Plan and manage construction, remodeling, and renovation projects.
• Coordinate space planning and office layout to optimize efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of building systems, maintenance schedules, and repairs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.• 10+ years of experience in facilities management, including supervisory experience.• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and workplace safety.• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
