Responsibilities

  •  Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  •  Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing software sales team.
  •  Identify and pursue new business opportunities and key accounts.
  •  Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
  •  Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
  •  Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
  •  Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
  •  Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to ensure their success.

 

Requirements 

  •  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  •  Minimum 6 years of experience in software sales, with proven leadership experience.
  •  Strong understanding of software products, services, and industry trends.
  •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  •  Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  •  Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  •  Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
