- Supervising maintenance activities across all plant units, including the crusher, mill, kiln, and handling systems such as conveyors and elevators, among others.
- Developing periodic and preventive maintenance plans to ensure continuous and efficient production.
- Diagnosing breakdowns and finding appropriate technical solutions to minimize unexpected downtimes.
- Managing and guiding the maintenance team to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
- Collaborating with other departments in the plant to achieve production goals with the highest quality.
- Monitoring spare parts inventory and ensuring the availability of required maintenance materials.
- Applying occupational health and safety standards in all maintenance operations.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance management for gypsum plants or similar heavy industries.Good knowledge of operation and maintenance systems for large industrial equipment.Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead teams and solve problems.Familiarity with industrial safety systems and emergency response procedures.
