Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function at our site in Sadat City. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training & development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to support the company’s growth and people development goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process to attract top talent.
  • Oversee employee performance appraisal systems and support career development plans.
  • Handle employee relations issues professionally and ensure a positive workplace culture.
  • Design and conduct training programs that support employee growth and retention.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Develop HR reports and analyze key metrics (turnover, absenteeism, hiring trends, etc.).
  • Collaborate with department managers to forecast staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Manage HR documentation, including employee records and payroll coordination.
  • Lead internal communications, employee engagement activities, and recognition programs.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Solid experience in recruitment, performance management, and training programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • High integrity, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (HRIS or ERP such as SAP is a plus).
