- Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the SAP PP, PM, and QM modules.
- Configure the SAP PP, PM, and QM modules according to business requirements, perform unit testing, and support integration testing to ensure system functionality.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals, to support system implementation and user training.
- Act as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the SAP PP, PM, and QM modules, ensuring timely resolution to minimize business disruption.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Ensure that the SAP QM module supports compliance with industry standards and regulations, and facilitate quality assurance processes throughout the production lifecycle.
- Assist in change management initiatives by communicating changes to stakeholders and providing necessary training and resources to facilitate smooth transitions.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.A Master’s Degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, certified SAP) is a plus.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting or related roles.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, maintenance strategies, and quality management principles.Ability to develop detailed proposals and plansExcellent organizational and coordination skillsA great listener with ability to communicate with people of diverse disciplines.Knowledge of data analysis and research techniques.Excellent command of English.Excellent MS skills.
