- Participate in implementing technical office policies and procedures.
- Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, etc.).
- Prepare and review working shop drawings before sending the shop drawing to consultant for approvals.
- Review sub-contractors’ shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.
- Review and issue order to pay for subcontractors’ invoices.
- Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
- Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solve.
- Prepare Weekly, monthly progress report.

Bachelors in Electrical Engineering.+7 to 12 of experience in Technical Office & BIM.Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.Experience in Industrial / residential construction.Very good in (AutoCAD, Revit is a must, Navisworks & Microsoft Office).Contracting knowledge.Mastering different drawing tools.
