This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and a deep understanding of architectural trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare design presentations, plans, and models for clients.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all designs meet client specifications and local regulatory standards.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring successful delivery.
• Provide guidance and support throughout the construction process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance design quality.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design consulting.
• Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in KSA.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with sustainable design practices.
• Familiarity with local market trends in Riyadh and Saudi Arabia.
