- Develop and implement plans and strategies for security to satisfy stakeholder requirements, mitigate risk, create efficiencies, reduce costs and position GB AUTO to cope with future demands and
- Manage the day to day systems and processes for the contracted security staff, keys, locks, access control, CCTV, investigations, events, permits & GPS management. Security services to be supplied to agreed standards, within budget and to agreed timeframes whilst maintaining effective relationships with internal customers.
- Undertake investigations into criminal activities and other sensitive matters.
- Recommend strategies to minimize risk, inform stakeholders and provide cost effective outcomes.
- Implement and oversee business continuity plan among GB Auto’s premises through contingency plans to eliminate the possibility of any business interruptions.
- Planning, designing and implementing programs, projects and studies, sets goals for section or department.
- Establish Security guidelines and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and institutionalize GB Auto’s data know how and capabilities related to Security.
- Identify and track Security operation KPIs and initiatives for improvement.
- Manage, develop and implement effective plans for security standard procedures.
- Develop systems capability to drive sustained improvement in functions performance
Required Industry Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience Technological Requirements: Microsoft office suite & IP cam & Access Operation platforms Language Requirements: Excellent command of English
