Intertrade, Egypt’s leading producer of PVC gaskets, is looking for a dynamic Sales & Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on driving B2B sales, maintaining strong relationships with business clients, managing their accounts, and ensuring smooth order processing. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-oriented, and capable of handling both sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential B2B customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products to increase sales.
- Manage customer accounts, track orders, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow up on sales leads and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective solutions.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.2 - 4 years of experience in B2B sales and customer relations.Strong command of English, both written and verbal.Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Prior experience in industrial manufacturing or a related industry is highly preferred.Ability to manage and track orders efficiently.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach.Ability to check products and ensure they meet quality standards.Residing in 10th of Ramadan City, Sharkia.
