- Install, configure, and modify workstations, including desktops, laptops, docking stations, and printers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues that arise with the employees.
- Follow up with employees to ensure satisfactory service.
- Maintain computer networks and server systems .
- Ensure the security of IT systems and assist with backups and updates.
- Provide guidance to employees on the use of IT resources and applications.
- Assist in setting up the ERP system within the company.
BSc degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.5+ years of experience in providing Help Desk support is a Must.Previous experience in implementation of ERP systems is preferred .Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving skills.
