Senior Service Operations Engineer (Alex Branch)

  • Technical Support & Audits: Provide technical support to the maintenance team, visit sites for audits, and evaluate technicians' and supervisors' performance.
  • Planning & Coordination: Develop and manage maintenance schedules, optimize resource allocation, and coordinate branch activities to ensure efficient operations.
  • Customer Interaction & Follow-ups: Follow up with customers regarding quotations, explain justifications, and ensure approvals. Support the collection team in facilitating receivables.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track maintenance activities, analyze performance metrics, and implement corrective actions for recurring issues. Submit technical reports to customers and management.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with SLAs and contractual obligations, maintaining high service quality and response times.
  • Issue Resolution & Customer Satisfaction: Address customer complaints, maintain strong client relationships, and provide updates on maintenance activities.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience in the elevator industry, preferably in service operations.Strong technical knowledge of elevator maintenance and troubleshooting.Excellent planning, coordination, and leadership skills.Ability to analyze performance data and implement corrective actions.Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage customer interactions and support collections.Proficiency in preparing reports and maintaining documentation.
