Job description
For a Hospitality project, we are looking for a well-organized site engineer with strong leadership skills to join our growing team. The site engineer's responsibilities include managing different parts of Finishing and Fit out projects, supervising crew members, preparing and monitoring estimates for time and material costs, completing quality assurance, observing health and safety standards, and compiling reports for different stakeholders. You should be able to work alongside various professionals and create work schedules that meet deadlines.

To be successful as a site engineer, you should demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking skills. Outstanding candidates should display a superb work ethic and thrive under pressure.



Responsibilities

Monitoring progress of the project & oversee the running operations of the site & make sure that it will meet the deadline.
Quality Control and Checks for all work execution on site
Material Control and Managing Consumption rates. 
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force
Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
Planning and coordinating site work with other disciplines.
Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency.
Checking of documents including review for compliance with applicable codes, standards, and company procedures.
