IT Help Desk Specialist

  • Managing help desk.

• Respond to tech inquiries via email, online chats, phone calls, or in person.

 • Help with troubleshooting hardware and software.

 • Follow up with employees to ensure satisfactory service.

 • Communicate the feedback to the appropriate internal team members.

 • Walk step-by-step through the problem-solving process. 

• Teamwork and leadership skills to help other technical support workers

. • Ability to learn new technologies and implement them

. • Resolve technical problems with Networks and other systems. 

• Working on a domain controller, folder share.

 


 Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related field.Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience.Very good communication, problem solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.Must be a team player and able to work for extended hours.MCSA and CCNA certificates are preferred.Preferred residents of Obour, El Marg, and 10th of Ramadan or nearby areas
