System Maintenance and Support
- Providing technical support and regular maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics systems to ensure seamless operation.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing effective solutions to maintain business continuity.
- Training employees on the proper and efficient use of the system.
Database and IT Infrastructure Management
- Overseeing the management of databases related to Dynamics systems, ensuring data security and integrity.
- Optimizing database performance to ensure fast and easy access to required information.
- Managing backup and recovery processes to protect data from loss or damage.
System Integration and Application Connectivity
- Ensuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration with other tools and applications such as Power BI, SharePoint, Office 365, etc.
- Facilitating smooth data flow between different departments.
- Coordinating with development teams to design and implement APIs for system interoperability.
Information Security and Data Protection
- Implementing security policies and data protection measures in line with Microsoft Security Best Practices.
- Monitoring systems to detect security threats and taking necessary actions to safeguard information.

Data Analysis and Reporting
- Utilizing Power BI and analytics tools to generate reports that support strategic decision-making.
- Analyzing performance data to provide insights for process improvement.
IT Team Management
- Leading the technical support and system engineering teams to ensure efficient IT operations.
- Identifying training and development needs for the team to keep up with technological advancements.
- Assigning tasks and coordinating team efforts to ensure smooth workflow.
Strategic IT Planning
- Developing IT system plans aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
- Researching and evaluating new technologies for potential implementation to enhance business performance.
- Providing recommendations to management regarding IT investments and system upgrades.
User Experience Enhancement and Process Development
- Gathering user feedback and ensuring systems effectively meet their needs.
- Implementing continuous improvements in system interfaces to enhance usability.
- Analyzing and redesigning business processes (Business Process Reengineering) to increase efficiency.
Compliance with IT Standards and Policies
- Ensuring all systems comply with standards such as Microsoft, GDPR, ISO 27001, and other security and operational regulations.
- Documenting all IT processes and procedures to ensure effective governance and compliance.
Educational BackgroundBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Solutions Architect Expert) is a plus.Technical ExpertiseStrong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, customization, and administration. Proficiency in system integration, database management, and cloud solutions like Azure.ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365. Hands-on experience in ERP/CRM systems, business process automation, and data analytics.System Integration & DevelopmentKnowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) and experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications.Security & ComplianceUnderstanding of GDPR, ISO 27001, and Microsoft Security Best Practices to ensure data protection and compliance with industry standards.Problem-Solving & Decision-MakingStrong analytical skills to troubleshoot system issues, improve performance, and provide innovative IT solutions.Project Management & LeadershipAbility to manage IT projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and lead an IT department effectively.
