Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Ensure that all products and processes meet company standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections on materials, production lines, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and quality control protocols.
Testing & Inspection:
- Perform quality tests and checks on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Document test results and compare them against predefined quality benchmarks.
- Identify defective products or materials and take corrective actions.
Process Improvement & Reporting:
- Monitor production and operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality performance, trends, and non-conformities.
Coordination & Training:
- Work closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams to enhance quality standards.
- Train staff on quality control measures, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement:
- Investigate customer complaints and implement solutions to improve product quality.
- Identify root causes of quality issues and work towards long-term solutions.
- Suggest new techniques and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in quality control.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- have 2-5 years of experience in quality control, manufacturing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality management systems (QMS), and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in quality control tools (e.g., Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, SPC).
- Experience with inspection tools and testing equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
