Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Ensure that all products and processes meet company standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections on materials, production lines, and finished products.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and quality control protocols.

Testing & Inspection:

  • Perform quality tests and checks on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
  • Document test results and compare them against predefined quality benchmarks.
  • Identify defective products or materials and take corrective actions.

Process Improvement & Reporting:

  • Monitor production and operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality performance, trends, and non-conformities.

Coordination & Training:

  • Work closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams to enhance quality standards.
  • Train staff on quality control measures, safety protocols, and best practices.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and data.

Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement:

  • Investigate customer complaints and implement solutions to improve product quality.
  • Identify root causes of quality issues and work towards long-term solutions.
  • Suggest new techniques and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in quality control.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • have 2-5 years of experience in quality control, manufacturing, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality management systems (QMS), and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in quality control tools (e.g., Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, SPC).
  • Experience with inspection tools and testing equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
