About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Mechanical Engineering Graduate with hands-on experience in injection moulding. This role involves:
Three months of training in China to gain expertise in advanced injection moulding techniques.
Deployment to our new facility in Port Said, Egypt, where you will lead the setup and calibration of injection moulding machinery.
You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration and operation, optimizing process parameters, and supporting production as we target deliveries into Turkey and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and optimize injection moulding process parameters to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Undergo intensive training in China on modern injection moulding techniques.
- Lead the installation, setup, and calibration of new injection moulding equipment in Port Said, Egypt.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure production readiness and operational excellence.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to injection moulding, tooling, and material processing.
QualificationsDegree in Mechanical Engineering from a top Indian university.Strong experience in setting up and optimizing injection moulding machines.A problem-solver with an analytical mindset and the ability to think on your feet.Willingness to travel internationally for training and deployment.Ability to work under pressure and deliver results without fail.
