Duties:
- Identify and determine all the monthly variables (Time events - advance - sanctions - vacations - errands – over time) that affect the salary.
- Maintain efficient administration for payroll.
- Maintain accurate payroll data recorded into the SAP system.
- Handle all employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
- Prepare job offers for potential hires.
- Organize creating bank accounts for the new employees
- Organize employee requests for advances and loans regarding company policies & procedures.
- Settle resigned employees’ financials and issuing their checks
- Prepare payroll reports for accounting, auditing, and managerial review purposes.
RequirementsBachelor degree in commerce.3: 5 years of experience.Previous experience working with ERP systems (SAP is highly preferred).Advanced Excel user.Strong numerical skills.Aware of payroll practices, and labor law updates.Strong multi-tasking, and communication skills. Work location:10th of Ramadan, Sharqia.
