We are a global leader in the design, development, and manufacturing of automotive interior components, supplying Tier 1 and OEM customers across Europe, North America, and Asia. We specialize in high-precision injection moulded components, kinematic parts, and complex interior assemblies, delivering cost-effective, high-quality solutions to the world’s largest car manufacturers.

We are in the process of establishing a new manufacturing facility in Port Said, Egypt, which will employ approximately 300 blue-collar production workers and 30 white-collar staff in engineering, logistics, quality, and administration. As such, we are seeking an experienced HR Manager to be onboarded quickly to lead the recruitment, workforce planning, and HR operations for the new plant.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role, ensuring that we build a strong, well-trained workforce while maintaining compliance with local labor laws, Free Trade Zone (FTZ) regulations, and global automotive HR standards. Key Responsibilities   

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the timely hiring of 300+ blue-collar and 30+ white-collar employees to meet production and operational deadlines.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with Egyptian labor laws, FTZ regulations, and CT Automotive’s global HR standards.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and workforce development programs to ensure new hires are production-ready.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive, performance-driven culture while addressing concerns proactively.
  • Establish payroll, attendance, and benefits administration for the workforce, ensuring compliance with local laws and industry benchmarks.
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to forecast workforce needs and adjust hiring plans accordingly.
  • Develop a blue-collar workforce management strategy, ensuring optimal shift planning, labor productivity, and retention initiatives.
  • Implement health, safety, and compliance policies to create a safe and legally compliant working environment.
  • Support leadership in managing HR challenges, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Utilize HRIS and digital workforce management tools to track employee data, payroll, and compliance records efficiently.

Qualifications & ExperienceDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of HR leadership experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and Free Trade Zone (FTZ) regulations.Experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly for blue-collar manufacturing roles.Hands-on experience in employee relations, payroll administration, and HR compliance.Ability to work under pressure and deliver on aggressive recruitment timelines.Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to build and manage a new HR department fromExperience with HRIS systems, workforce planning, and digital HR tools. If you are a proactive, results-driven HR professional with experience in automotive manufacturing and high-volume workforce recruitment, we want to hear from you.
