Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee engineering resource planning, budgeting (R&D & CAPEX), and expertise development to align with business goals.
- Lead end-to-end product development, ensuring design, functionality, standards compliance, and manufacturability.
- Develop and execute project plans in collaboration with local plants, ensuring seamless industrialization and certification.
- Build and train a skilled local team with support from international R&D and external service providers.
- Foster capabilities in CAD, reverse engineering, 3D printing, computer simulation, risk analysis, and statistical test planning.
- Drive cost optimization and quality enhancement of the local product portfolio.
- Report project status to the European R&D team and proactively seek support when needed.
Requirements:✔ Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Material, or Ceramic).✔ A minimum of 10+ years’ experience in product development of sanitary products, preferred in ceramic and/or wellness products. ✔ Proven experience managing diverse, international, and technical teams.✔ Strong proficiency in IT tools (PLM, ERP, CAD, CAM, CAE, Microsoft Office) and new product development methodologies (Stage-Gate). ✔ Black Belt in cross functional Risk analysis and workshop moderation✔ Business fluency in English (spoken & written).Location: 10th of Ramadan/Ain Sokhna Work Schedule: 08:30 AM – 4:30 PM
