Human Resources Manager

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals. This includes proactive identification of trends and challenges, development of innovative solutions, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from forecasting staffing needs to onboarding. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline. Ensure all hiring practices comply with legal and industry standards.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. Develop and implement programs that promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Proactively address conflict and foster a positive, respectful workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Lead the performance management process, ensuring objectivity and consistency. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and support the creation and implementation of employee career development plans.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs. Ensure equitable and competitive salary structures and benefits offerings, collaborating with finance on payroll and benefits administration. Conduct regular salary benchmarking and job evaluations.
  • Learning & Development: Assess employee training needs, develop and deliver engaging programs (workshops, seminars, online training), and promote continuous learning across all organizational levels.
  • HR Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain compliant HR policies, procedures, and guidelines. Regularly update the employee handbook to reflect current practices and legal requirements. Ensure consistent communication of HR policies to all employees.
  • HR Data & Reporting: Analyze HR data to prepare reports on key metrics (turnover, absenteeism, employee satisfaction, etc.). Use data to inform strategic decision-making and present regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Culture & Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and highly engaged workforce. This includes team-building activities, recognition programs, and regular feedback mechanisms.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly preferred.Proven leadership in HR management for 10+ years, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity. Candidates with FMCG experience are strongly preferred.Strong understanding of HR principles, best practices, and relevant labor laws and regulations.Proven ability to lead and manage a team, build strong relationships with employees and management, and navigate complex HR issues.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in HR software (HRIS, payroll, applicant tracking systems) and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with HR analytics tools and employee engagement platforms is preferred.
