-Ensure that all NCRs are closed and follow up with all departments.
-Ensure that QMS is applied for all departments and Implementation of System.
-do investigations on Customer Complains and do analysis
- Issue complains for Supplier or Services provides.
-Co-operate with R&D, Quality, Process and Production teams for apply the WI for each process.
-Analysis Quality and Operation Data for Continues improvement.
-Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products
-Set, mentor, and train KAMA Employees, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge required for their roles for QMS, Environment, Health & safety and Policy.
-Participate and Conduct External audit on Suppliers and Services providers.
-Plan and do Internal and External Calibrations
-Do training programs for Quality Activates and procedures to increase the awareness at KAMA.
-Follow up with all departments their Objectives.
-Do external Communications with Certifications Bodies, Suppliers and Customers
