Key Responsibilities:
- Export Operations Management: Coordinate the export of goods to international markets, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Oversee the entire export process from documentation to transportation.
- Market Research & Development: Conduct thorough research to identify new export markets and growth opportunities for the company’s products. Maintain an in-depth understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and potential business leads.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and distributors, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with logistics partners, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth export processes. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely deliveries to customers abroad.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, including import/export documentation, customs clearance, and shipping requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trade tariffs, duties, and regulations.
- Contract Negotiation & Sales Support: Assist in preparing and negotiating export contracts, quotations, and pricing. Collaborate with the sales and legal teams to ensure contracts meet company policies and international laws.
- Reporting & Documentation: Generate and maintain accurate export-related reports, providing insights to senior management on market performance and customer feedback.
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Proven experience (3+ years) in export sales, logistics, or international trade.Knowledge of global shipping regulations, customs procedures, and international trade compliance.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and export management software.Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
