- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance management. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.Experience in planning maintenance operationsSolid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipmentAbility to keep track of and report on activityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOutstanding organizational and leadership abilitiesProven experience in managing maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Food industry.Strong technical knowledge in maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive measures.A degree in Mechanical Engineering.Ability to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance operations.Familiarity with safety protocols and industry standards.Leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
